Gender Equality Index in the Workplace
Since March 1, 2020, companies with more than 50 employees have been required to calculate and publish their professional equality index annually on their website. This index is based on indicators related to pay gaps between women and men and allows for evaluating companies’ progress in this area, as well as identifying areas for improvement.
Results for the Year 2024
The index, scored out of 100 points, was calculated based on four indicators defined by regulations. Here are the results we achieved:

- Indicator 2: Gap in Salary Increase Rate
- 35 points achieved.
- Indicator 3: Salary Increase in the Year Following Return from Maternity Leave
- Indicator not calculable.
- Indicator 4: High Salaries
- 0 point achieved.
Conclusion
In accordance with legal provisions, when certain indicators cannot be calculated and the total points achieved are below 75, the overall index cannot be calculated.
Thus, the Gender Equality Index for the year 2024 cannot be calculated for our company.
